Started in 1985, the Vidyasagar educational offerings include competitive entrance courses at Plus 2 level (AIEEE, MHTCET, XI-XII Sc, DHMJEE) offered in various formats and spread over 9 branches in Maharashtra. Annually students in excess of 9000 coach with us. Our medical education initiatives are offered through Vidyasagar Panacea and a specialized division-Vidyasagar Institute of Genetic Studies (VIGS).
Vidyasagar Panacea has the tradition of providing superior quality and reputed training / coaching programs for doctors, which started in 1997 with the launch of specialized programs for MD/MS Entrance targeting MBBS doctors / interns under the brand-Regimen. Since then more than 10,000 MBBS doctors all over India have availed of these programs, either in classroom or in distance education mode with a success rate which is significantly higher in comparison to the national average of 5-7%.
The teaching staff at Vidyasagar is subjected to a rigorous screening and training protocol before being engaged for a classroom session. The Institute enjoys a reputation for superior classroom teaching, qualitative regularly updated study materials, relevant question banks and use of sophisticated technological tools for score sheet assessment. Our classroom venues reflect the basic comfort required by students to learn and assimilate knowledge over the duration of our courses.
Our vision is to transform medical education for medical students, clinical clerks and doctors through specially designed coaching / training programs customized to the specific examination and knowledge / skill requirement.
1. To better achieve the conceptual knowledge and integration among the clinical subjects.

1. Detailed coverage of all the final year subjects during first year (2010).
i) Conceptual teaching.
ii) MCQ learning.
2. Direct support to pass final examination with focus on clinical teaching, important from PG entrance point of view.
3. Extensive coverage of all the other subjects in second year (2011) along with revision lectures for first year subjects.
4. To orient students to the PG entrance exam and the prevailing trends.
5. Text book wise coverage of all the topics and reorienting their final year course content to meet the requirement of PG entrance exam.

Students who have enrolled in Regimen 2012 Plus (+) will also be revising their 1st year courses during second year there by going through the subjects extensively before there PG entrance exam ( approx. 120 hrs of extra teaching).

To enrol, your admission packet must contain following:
Admission Form: It is available with the prospectus at our offices, can be downloaded from our website or can be procured through post/courier from any of our offices. Prospectus and admission form are free of cost.
3 passport size photographs: One pasted (please paste and do not staple) on the admission form + 2 loose. Your name should be clearly written at the backside of loose photographs.
Requisite Fee: Local cheque (where our branch office is situated), cash or by DD.
Document: Photocopy of necessary document to claim fee incentive (If applicable).
Students residing at places where our branch offices are situated can enrol themselves at respective branch offices.
Students residing at places other than our branch offices should send completed admission form with enclosures and fees to Mumbai H.O. only. In all these cases :
Fee must be remitted through D.D. only.
Cheque will be accepted only if these bear “Payable on Par at Mumbai” status.
Crossed D.D. or Cheque should be in favour of Vidyasagar Panacea drawn on any Bank payable at Mumbai.

Those students who are enrolling with us by sending their admission packet via post or courier are requested to send these with proper acknowledgement facility from service providers (Post or Courier Company) so as to safeguard admission packet from missing.
You can check status of your admission at 022-24143243/44 or send an email to success@vidyasagar.com with “Regimen 2010-Admission Status” in subject line. Please wait for a period of clear 7 days before initiating admission status follow-up.
Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. Service tax over the actual fees is to be paid as per government rules. Therefore kindly calculate the fees accordingly.
Fee incentive needs to be claimed at the time of admission only, by producing appropriate proof. If the necessary proof is not available at the time of admission, full fee must be paid and the refund of incentive amount must be claimed in writing within a month from date of admission. For all practical purposes, date of admission is one which is mentioned over the fee receipt. No refund claim will be entertained after this period even if student is eligible for the fee incentive.
Transfer from one classroom batch to another, once admission is taken in a particular batch, is strictly not allowed. If due to any valid reason, student feels transfer may be required at a later date; this must be brought to the notice in writing at the time of admission. Transfer shall be ultimately granted based on proposed batch vacancy and genuinity of the reason behind transfer.
Transfer shall be granted from classroom course to correspondence course in case student cannot attend the classroom sessions for genuine reasons. In this case, concerned student needs to fulfil following:
In case of balance payment of original classroom course, he/she must pay it first, even though the already paid fee for classroom course is more than the fee of correspondence course.
Strictly no refund or fee adjustment will be done. Entire material shall be dispatched at the postal address provided in the admission form.
No proxy or alternate admissions shall be allowed.
Tests which are to be solved 'live only' in the classroom will not be dispatched under this facility.
If a student cannot pursue the course after joining due to change in government / college policies etc, NO course adjustments/fee refunds will be done.
Admission form must be completed in legible and clear hand writing.
Disputes, if any, will be addressed within Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Admission cancellation and refund is applicable only in certain special circumstances such as admission taken before the final MBBS results are declared and student stands failed after final MBBS results are out. In all such situations a written request with adequate proof must be submitted before course commencement. Cancellation charges of Rs. 1,000/- shall be deducted from the amount refundable.
Students having incomplete admission process or with deficiencies in terms of documents/fee will be admitted provisionally. Within 10 days if necessary action is not taken by concerned student, then his/her admission stands cancelled.
Students are requested to keep a photocopy of all documents / applications and get it countersigned from the Vidyasagar office on submission of originals as a proof of submission.
Test score feedbacks are possible only when student submits the attempted answer sheets in time for evaluation. On non-submission or late submission, you may not receive the explanatory answers, reports etc.
Tests available online need to be attempted online only and under no circumstances these will be provided in print format. “Not having a computer facility at home or nearby” cannot be an excuse for arranging these tests in print. Vidyasagar will also not be responsible for local technical / electrical problems for not having regular access to Internet facility.
If for some genuine reasons a student is not able to continue the course beyond a point, he/she can be allowed to start the course next year from the corresponding point at which he/she had left the course, but the final decision is at the sole discretion of Vidyasagar Panacea.
12) Students enrolling for Regimen 2011 and for some reason are reappearing for 2012 entrance exams will be eligible for a Model Test series at a discounted price of 50% of the prevailing fees.
