RulesTransfer from one classroom batch to another, once admission is taken in a particular batch is strictly not allowed. If due to any valid reason, student feels transfer may be required at a later date; this must be brought to the notice in writing at the time of admission. Transfer shall be ultimately granted based on proposed batch vacancy and genuinity of the reason behind transfer.

Transfer shall be granted from classroom course to correspondence course in case student cannot attend the classroom sessions for genuine reasons. In this case, concerned student needs to fulfil following:

a) In case of balance payment of original classroom course, he/she must pay it first, even though the already paid fee for classroom course is more than the fee of correspondence course.
b) Strictly no refund or fee adjustment will be done. Entire material shall be dispatched at the postal address provided in the admission form.
c) No proxy or alternate admissions shall be allowed.
d) Tests which are to be solved 'live only' in the classroom will not be dispatched under this facility.

If a student can not pursue the course after joining due to change in government / college policies etc, NO course adjustments/fee refunds will be done.

Admission form must be completed in legible and clear hand writing.

Disputes if any will be addressed within Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Admission cancellation and refund is applicable only in certain special circumstances such as admission taken before the final MBBS  results are declared and student stands failed after final MBBS  results are out. In all such situations a written request with adequate proof must be submitted before course commencement. Cancellation charges of Rs. 1000/- shall be deducted from the amount refundable.

Students having incomplete admission process or with deficiencies in terms of documents/fee will be admitted provisionally. Within 10 days if necessary action is not taken by concerned student, then his/her admission stands cancelled.

Students are requested to keep a photocopy of all documents / applications and get it countersigned from the Vidyasagar office on submission of originals as a proof of submission.

Test score feedbacks are possible only when student submit the attempted answer sheets in time for evaluation. On non-submission or late submission, you may not receive the explanatory answers, reports etc.

Tests available online needs to be attempted online only and under no circumstances these will be provided in print format. “Not having a computer facility at home or nearby” cannot be an excuse for arranging these tests in print. Vidyasagar will also not be responsible for local technical / electrical problems for not having regular access to Internet facility.

If for some genuine reasons a student is not able to continue the course beyond a point, he/she can be allowed to start the course next year from the corresponding point at which he/she had left the course, but the final decision is at the sole discretion of  Vidyasagar Panacea.

Students enrolling for Regimen 2010 and for some reason are reappearing for 2011 entrance exams  will be eligible for a Model Test series at a discounted price of  50% of the prevailing fees.
