In 1997, we created a coaching program for MBBS doctors struggling to secure a postgraduate seat through All India and State PG Entrance under a separate division.-Vidyasagar Panacea. This coaching program offered to classroom students (at Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Kolhapur, Nagpur) and correspondence students all over all over India is appropriately christened Regimen (meaning intensive treatment protocol) This was the beginning of Vidyasagar developing an enduring reputation in the community of doctors and healthcare professional.

Over the last few years medical / dental education in India has seen a major change, with major emphasis now on specialization and super specialization. Thus climbing this steep ladder of success has become complicated and tough then even before. But as there is an old saying that “Every cloud has a silver lining” similarly the opportunities for medical / dental  aspirants have multiplied.

The management of a patient that was earlier handled singly by the general practitioner now a day is divided amongst posses of specialists and with far better results. Thus, the need for specialization is inevitable for a medical / dental  graduate who seeks to carve a niche for himself in this profession. Getting a PG seat (MD/MS/MDS/Diploma) in a reputed medical/dental college in India is a major task for all MBBS /BDS graduates. It ideally needs:
