XI & XII Science Plus MHT-CET 2011
Std. XI Science 2010
This program is designed to suit the requirements of the students studying
in different colleges, where different topics are started at the same time.
In this program, each topic will be dealt in depth, taking into account that
some topics of Std. XI do have a bearing on Std. XII. A weak performance
in Std XI is magnified & reflected in Std XII. In fact the syllabus for MHT-CET
is excatly that of Std XIIth so if the student in not serious during std. XI, then
the chance of scoring high at the MHT-CET are fairly low.
For the students to actually fare well in Std. XII and MHT-CET, their basics
i.e. Std.XI should be very strong. Hence the need for Std.XI coaching is
absolutely necessary.

MHT-CET 2011
In 1999, Government of Maharashtra (GOM) introduced a Common Entrance
Examination called 'MHT-CET' for securing seats in Medical colleges in the State
and effective 2004, have widened the scope of the examination including
Engineering and Pharmacy colleges.
MHT-CET conducted for admissions to Govt. and Muncipal Medical Colleges,
Govt. and private Engineering Colleges and Pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra,
truly is based on Std. XII Board syllabus. However, as the Std. XII board exam is of
subjective pattern and relatively simple, the orientation required for
solving multiple choice questions (MCQ's) is totally different which is the basis of
MHT-CET examination.
It is often seen that the student gets drifted on the path and concentrates too much on XIIth preparation not realizing the fact that marks scored at Std. XII Board examination have an impact on MHT-CET result in case of tie-breaker to Merit Ranks.
At Vidyasagar we guide the students methodically and strategically and make them competent to tackle MHT-CET while ensuring that the XIIth Board exam preparations are also adequately taken care of.
The basic course will be over by the 1st week of January 2011 and Revision lectures along with Testing will be conducted immediately after the Std. XII Board Examinations.
MHT-CET '11 Regular Classroom shall be conducted at Mumbai (Dadar, Thane, Vashi, Borivali), (Now also at Panvel, Dombivli) Pune, Nasik, Kolhapur and Aurangabad and at Sangli).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE COURSE
1. High quality study material
2. Planned and structured classroom lectures
3. Unit Tests on each set
4. Computerized scores of Unit and Model Tests with explanatory answers and relative ranking of the
student
across all over Maharashtra.
5. Based on the student’s performance in attendance, short tests and their performance in the classroom,
a Merit
Batch shall be formed, for further intensive coaching.
6. Wed support, Interactive web support under 'Student Zone' of www.vidyasagar.com
